As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately forward your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging.
This process typically takes 1–4 business days.
Shipping Time
Once processing is complete, your order will be shipped from our supplier’s warehouse to your destination.
This typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.
We intentionally overestimate these delivery windows so that your order often arrives earlier than expected, which reduces uncertainty and improves your shopping experience.
Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to easily monitor your delivery at any time.
